If you have PlaceholderAPI installed, you can use the following placeholders in any other plugin:

Placeholder	Description
%thebridge_wins%	Displays the player's total wins.
%thebridge_losses%	Displays the total losses.
%thebridge_winstreak%	Displays the current win streak.
